Dover Lions Halloween Parade

The Dover Lions welcome individuals, organizations and businesses to join the parade. There is no entry fee. Simply fill out the Dover Lions Halloween Parade Entry Form and Waiver at https://e-clubhouse.org/sites/doveroh/page-9.php and submit them no later than Monday, October 28th.
