Former Ohio Governor Richard Celeste will appear at Dover Public Library to discuss his book “In the Heart of it All: An Unvarnished Account of my Life in Public Service”, which chronicles his personal and professional life from his time in Northeast Ohio, Yale, Oxford, Washington DC, India, the governor’s residence, and beyond.

Copies of the book will be available for sale at the event.
