The Tuscarawas County Art Guild and the Tuscarawas County Writers Guild have collaborated to present “Fall Reflections: Where Art Inspires Words.”

On Wednesday,September 16 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, the public is invited to come to the community room at the Dover Public Library, located at 525 N. Walnut St., to experience this unique event.
