Located at 110 Water St SE in Bolivar, Cooper’s Hall is home to both Vagabond Coffeehouse and Haven Shala—bringing together three women-owned businesses under one roof. In celebration of Women’s History Month, we are proud to collaborate on a market dedicated to supporting and spotlighting local, small, women-owned businesses in our community.
