Lincoln, the Civil War, and Mooney’s Admiration

The Ernest Warther Museum will host a special program about Warther’s connection to Lincoln and the Civil War on February 20th at 1:00pm.

Mooney Warther greatly admired Abraham Lincoln. Across Mooney’s lifetime, he amassed quite a collection about him. In this program, we will dive into the artifacts we posses featuring Lincoln, the Civil War, and one very special and rare Lincoln photograph. Discussion will follow and there will be time for questions and up close looks at the artifacts.
