New Philadelphia Christmas Lighting Ceremony

This year’s downtown Christmas Lighting Ceremony will be held on Friday, November 18th at 6:00pm.

Performances will include Central Elementary fifth grade students, Broadway Global Methodist Church Choir, the Lacey Performing Arts Center Competition Dance Team, and storyteller Nancy Dawson. New Philadelphia High School art students will have face painting at the Daily Grind. Children’s games and crafts will be available outside of Santa’s house. Area churches will provide cookies and hot chocolate. Santa will be available for children to talk to as well as a mailbox for those special letter requests to Santa!
