Sugarcreek Fabulous 50’s Fling

This year marks the 31st Fabulous 50’s Fling in Sugarcreek, Ohio. The Fling takes place the second weekend in June (June 10 – 11, 2022), rain or shine, and has entertained and drawn thousands of those who enjoy classic cars, great music, live entertainment, and amazing food.

Schedule is as follows:

Friday

The Friday Night Cruise-In is an Open-Class event, meaning even if you have a vehicle newer than 1999, you’re welcome to bring any vehicle and check out the Friday night festivities. The event starts around 4pm. Typically the first 150 cars on Friday receive a dash plaque and special awards from local celebrities or the committee awarded by personal preference like Mayor’s Choice, Chief’s Choice, etc. etc. Spikeman DJ will be on-site from 4 PM – 7 PM

The Wine Country Cruise is a self driving tour of five of our best local wineries and wine stores. It begins Friday afternoon at one of the local wineries and ends at the car show grounds in Sugarcreek. If you like you can also participate in the optional Poker Run. Each Winery will have a deck of cards and will mark your sheet. Turn in your sheet at the show and the best hand will win a prize. Sheets must be turned in by 6:00 PM at the show to be eligible for the prize.

Saturday

Saturday Registration is from 9:00 – 1:00. Participants will enter the show from North Broadway, cars will be judged on the way into the show. Don’t worry about bugs or road dirt, the judges don’t make deductions for bugs or road dirt. After judging you will be directed to the parking area. The live music begins at 11 AM and all the food vendors will be open by 11 AM. Awards will be given around 4:30.
