Join Historic Zoar Village for Civil War School Day. Throughout the village, learn how Separatists in Zoar, and citizens in the Union lived during the conflict. Interact with famous figures of the Civil War such as Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln, John Parker, and more. Watch cavalry and artillery demonstrations, learn about life on the home front, and participate in hands-on activities.

This event is open to all public, private, and homeschool students. We ask that schools and co-op groups planning to attend contact us to register. Cost for this event is $7 a student. One adult per group is free, each additional adult is $7, and all teachers are free. Children 4 and under are also free. All proceeds go toward the preservation and educational efforts of Historic Zoar Village. Visit here for more details.
