Canal Tavern 5k Run & Walk

TuscParks invites you to join this electronically chip timed 5k run and walk along the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. Travel from Fort Laurens in Bolivar to the Canal Lands Park trail head in Zoar. Proceeds will benefit the development and maintenance of the Towpath Trail in Tuscarawas County.

Free Shuttle – Participants can park at the Canal Lands Park trailhead (end) and take a free shuttle to Fort Laurens Museum (start). The shuttle will depart at 12pm and 12:30pm from the Canal Tavern of Zoar.

After Party – After the race, participants are invited to an Octoberfest-style party on the patio of the Canal Tavern of Zoar, Enjoy FREE brats, beer (over 21), music, and a raffle.

Early Bird  registration by Friday September 16, 2022 is $30 and participant will receive a guaranteed shirt

Standard registration received after September 16,2022 is $35. Extra shirts will be made available while supplies last.
