Master guitarist Bill Hall will perform, followed by an interview with featured author Julie Anne Lindsey.

Opening night ceremony will be held Friday, May 27th at 6 pm

Location for ceremony: Dover Public Library – 525 N Walnut St, Dover, OH 44622

Author fair will be held Saturday, May 28th from 10 am to 3 pm at the corner of Wooster Ave. and 3rd St. in Dover
