Father’s Day Event at Age of Steam

The Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum is excited to announce that on June 17th and 18th we will be having some special guests on the Museum property, in honor of Father’s Day. The good folks of the Doughty Valley Steam Days have graciously agreed to bring a number of their antique farm machines, including 3 steam traction engines that they intend to have fired up for demonstrations during the Museum’s normal operating hours. To allow as many people as possible to experience these wonderful machines in action, we have opened two extra time slots for tours on both of those days at 11:00am and 1:00pm. The tours will follow the same route as normal, but guests will be allowed, and encouraged, to interact with the operators from Doughty Valley and observe their fantastic, steam powered machines in operation before and after their tours!

Please come out for this special Father’s Day celebration as steam rises over the Age of Steam Roundhouse from our honored guests!
