Lockport’s annual Dyngus Day party will be held on Saturday, April 13th!
They’re serving up their own homemade pierogi with caramelized onions & kielbasa, golumpki (cabbage rolls) with mashed potatoes, and lots of cold beer!
Visinata Polka Band will be in the beer tent from 6-9p.
Dyngus Day, or “Wet Monday”, is a celebration popular in Poland, Hungary, and Ukraine after the lenten season, that involves polka music, traditional European foods, and LOTS of beer!
