TuscParks Eagle Eye Tour

TuscParks along with local birder Dan Kramer invite community members to join them and visit 6 of the 11 different eagle nests in Tuscarawas County. Participants are asked to car pool to the different locations where we hope to observe eagles in their natural habitat and observe the nest located in that area. Special permission has been granted by land owners for safe parking while we view specific nests. Binoculars are highly suggested. Scopes are welcome.

“This program will be an auto tour of several of the known bald eagle nesting locations in Tuscarawas County. Participants should be aware that most of these locations are on private property. Tusc Parks has obtained permission from cooperative landowners to visit and view these nests. We ask participants to respect private property rights by not returning for future viewing without landowner permission. These chosen viewing locations are not only private but are safe for both the viewers as well as the eagles. Federal and state laws prohibit anyone from harassing or disturbing nesting bald eagles resulting in nest failure.”
