Women’s Success Series – Diane Lautenschleger

The Women’s Success Series brings together women of all ages who seek better lives, professionally and personally. The series is intended to be a catalyst for women to think differently about success, a catalyst to think differently about themselves and a catalyst to think differently about how they live, work and play in Tuscarawas County. During each breakfast session, participants will hear from a dynamic woman who has enjoyed a measure of success right here in Tuscarawas County. Prior to each session, participants will have a book to read or a TED Talk to view that will enrich a discussion designed to move them to the next level in life.

Diane Lautenschleger found her passion serving Appalachia and growing the economy through tourism at the Tuscarawas County Convention and Visitors Bureau where she is responsible for Partnership Development. Her career focus shifts from marketing buys and destination travel trade shows, to local grant writing, community development, and board service including Ohio’s Appalachian Country. Co-creator of the #livetusc marketing campaign, Diane seeks to influence positive workforce change throughout Tuscarawas County and the region. She is a 2014 graduate of Kent State University at Tuscarawas and a 2021 graduate of the Appalachian Leadership Institute. Diane enjoys working in her flower
gardens, on a home improvement project or spending time with her family.
