Zoar Pleasure Drive

June 23rd, 11:00am
Zoar School House
221 Foltz St, Zoar, OH 44697

A dressy pleasure drive through picturesque historic Zoar village. Village residents enjoy watching as we drive by.
Horses should be experienced and accustomed to the sights and sounds of road driving in a residential area. Terrain will be paved roads, some hills with light traffic. There will also be a cones course in the field next to the schoolhouse.
Reminders: Slow moving vehicle sign and flashing lights on carriage required by state law. Also only members may drive at Western Reserve Carriage Association events. You may join at the event if you are not currently a member. All are welcome to join the potluck lunch.
Parking will be in the field across from the fire station near the Schoolhouse. Attendees will meet for potluck lunch at the schoolhouse first with driving after lunch.
Plan to come to this club favorite drive even if you don’t have a turnout to drive. The potluck lunch is always fabulous! Bring a dish to share, table setting and beverage. If you come without a turnout walking through the village watching the turnouts with the gorgeous scenery is worth the visit!
